Majestic Trees team pull off record breaking year

The team at BALI Registered Affiliate member Majestic Trees are celebrating the company’s most successful year ever, with sales soaring past the team’s goal of 10% growth to finish the year with a staggering 25% increase in sales over the twelve-month period.

Christina Jones says;

"The recent expansion has enabled us to increase our depth of stock on really popular lines, such as birch and hedginbut such a dramatic increase in sales in such a short time was totally unexpected”

A substantial amount of the profits have been immediately reinvested in the purchase of three ultra-low-emission Euro 6 lorries, which will allow the company to keep up with increasing order volumes whilst minimising carbon emission. 

This year’s success has been made all the sweeter for the Majestic team by the company’s generous employee profit-share scheme. Put in place in the first year of trading, the scheme sees 25% of profits split out evenly amongst all members of staff.
