When is my membership renewal due?

All membership renewals must be completed in full* by 31 March 2024.
* For your renewal to be completed in full, you must check and confirm your company information is correct and the Association must have received payment of your fees.

 

Are you offering an early bird discount this year?      

This year's early bird discount is 2% and is available until 19 February.

 

How do I renew my membership online?

To renew your membership online, please follow these three simple steps:

1.     Log in to your member account using your credentials
2.     Follow the prompts to complete the renewal process, ensuring all required information is accurately provided
3.     Make the renewal payment using the secure online payment gateway

 

Can I still renew over the phone or via the post?

Yes, all previous ways of renewing your membership are still available to you. We do encourage you to use the online renewal process, as we believe this is the quickest and easiest way to renew your membership.

However, if you are unable to renew online, please contact the membership team. 

 

The information on my online renewal form has changed, what do I do?

Simply update the relevant field with the updated information. When you confirm the details, the information will be saved.

 

Why can’t I change the default contact?

As this is the primary contact we have for your organisation, you will need to contact the membership team to discuss changing your default contact.

 

Can I pick up where I left off in the renewal process?

Yes, all the information you update should be saved, so when you log back in, you will carry on the renewal process where you left off.

 

How can I pay for my membership online?

All payment options are available online – credit/debit card, direct debit and invoice request. Select your preferred option on the payment page.

 

Can I change the way I pay for my membership online?

Yes – just select the method you would like to pay for your membership from the three choices provided.

 

When will I receive my new membership certificate?

This year, your membership certificate will be provided to you in a digital format. You will receive this by email once you have completed your renewal. A copy of the certificate will also be available to download in your member area of myBALI.

 

Why can’t I download my membership certificate?

You will only be able to download your new membership certificate when you have fully completed the renewal process – confirming the information we have is correct and we have received full payment.

If you have fully completed the renewal process and are still unable to download your membership certificate, please contact the Marketing team. 

 

I would like a printed copy of my membership certificate, is this possible?

Of course. If you would like a hard copy of your certificate, please contact the Membership team.
