Got a tricky customer situation? BALI introduces "Ask the Experts" at GroundsFest 2026

25 Aug 2026 | Trade Show

A difficult customer complaint? A disagreement that is proving harder to resolve than expected? Or perhaps you simply want to know the best way to handle a potential conflict before it becomes a bigger problem?

At GroundsFest 2026, BALI is putting expert support front and centre with a special "Ask the Experts" feature on stand L68.

Visitors will have the opportunity to sit down for an informal conversation with BALI’s independent Dispute Resolution Ombudsman (DRO) and ask the questions that matter to their business. There is no formal appointment, no intimidating process and no need to have all the answers – just an opportunity to talk through the challenges, concerns and scenarios that can arise when working with clients and customers.

Whether you are dealing with a complaint right now, reflecting on a dispute from the past, or wondering how you could approach a difficult situation differently in the future, the DRO will be available to offer independent insight and practical guidance.

Attendees can ask about common causes of disputes, effective ways of handling customer complaints, approaches to resolving disagreements, and the steps that can help prevent a challenging situation from escalating.

It is also an opportunity to discuss specific conflicts or customer issues and explore possible ways forward.

For BALI members, access to the independent DRO is already included as part of their membership – making the "Ask the Experts" service an excellent opportunity to find out more about this valuable member benefit and how it can support their business when challenges arise.

But the conversation does not stop there - throughout GroundsFest, BALI staff will also be on stand L68 to offer general advice, answer questions, and chat with visitors about the industry. Existing BALI members can discover how to get even more from the services, support and opportunities available through their membership, while non-members can find out what BALI membership could offer their business.

So, whether you have a burning question, a customer challenge you would like to talk through, or simply want to pick the brains of people who understand the landscape industry, make sure you put BALI stand L68 on your GroundsFest 2026 must-visit list.
