Andrea is Human Resources Director at idverde UK and a member of the UK Executive Board.
Andrea takes the lead in developing our people strategy, working with her peers in the Leadership Team to implement management practices that respect and value our people. Her role is fundamental to communicating and developing our company culture and values, promoting talent and succession and ensuring we have great people supporting and driving the business.
Andrea believes there is huge potential in all our colleagues, and she’s determined to make idverde a place where this potential can flourish, and move our organisation from good to great.
Andrea joined idverde in 2016 after leadership roles in Human Resources and Learning & Development in the logistics sector (Arrow XL, Yodel and Home Delivery Network). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management (MA HRM).
A keen traveller, Andrea is also a big fan of motor sports, and often combines the two by attending various Grand Prix races around the world.
