Red diesel interim guidance updated, but same story for landscape industry

HMRC have contacted the Association to advise interim guidance highlighting changes to rebated fuel use from 1 April 2022 has been updated to improve clarity.

Despite continued lobbying by the Association on behalf of the industry, the guidance and rules remain the same for the landscape industry. From 1 April 2022 the tasks for which the industry can use red diesel will be limited.    

HMRC are currently updating the Excise Notice 75 and the Association will advise members when this is available to review.
