Provender Nurseries offer non-contact service

Having considered the official Government advice and to safeguard their customers and staff BALI Registered Affiliate member Provender Nurseries have decided to suspend sales on the Cash and Carry Site. However customers can still place orders via phone, email or through their website.

They are ensuring that they behave in a responsible manner in the current climate and are committed to looking after the health and well-being of their customers and colleagues.

They will continue to trade under restricted services and appreciate your patience: 

Cash and Carry Facility

Their Cash and Carry will now be suspended for all customer transactions. They are closed on Saturdays until further notice. 

Orders

They will continue to facilitate orders online and by phone. 

Orders can be placed online in the Trade Zone, by phone on 01322 662 315 or email to sales@provendernurseries.co.uk  and will be available for collection strictly by appointment only and may take up to 5 working days to process.  At this time next day collections cannot be facilitated.  

You will be contacted by a member of staff when your order is ready.  In the present climate it can take up to 5 days to process and collate an order.  We thank you for your patience in these unusual times. 

A member of staff will contact you to arrange payment, collection strictly by appointment only or a delivery slot.  Payment will need to be given in advance as no payment can be taken at the till.

When arranging collection please state your order number so they can facilitate on-site. 

Please book your appointment for collection by phone on 01322 662 315 stating the order number or Trade Account number.

Deliveries

Deliveries can be arranged by phone or online. Deliveries may take up to 5 days to process.  At this present time next day deliveries cannot be facilitated.

Their delivery drivers will not come into close contact with you and will keep their 2m distance as per Government guidelines.

During this pandemic Provender Nurseries will not be asking customers to sign their delivery notes.

They will strive to continue to provide a normal service to you and thank you for your support.

Delays

Due to expected demand, please note collating orders may take up to 5 days minimum. 

Existing Orders

Should you wish to postpone an already scheduled delivery, order or collection please contact the team member you have been dealing with or call on 01322 662 315 with your order number to arrange collection by appointment only or delivery. At this present time, next day deliveries cannot be facilitated.  

Hygiene

Please be reassured that all staff on site are following all hygiene guidelines as per Government guidelines. Many of our team are working from home.
