Outdoor Creations celebrate 10th Anniversary
BALI Registered Contractors Outdoor Creations, the Kent-based landscape design and build company led by Graeme Carpenter & Ramon Lawal, celebrated its 10th anniversary this month. The company initially employed just six people when it was set up in 2008. It has grown significantly over the past decade and now employs 20 plus members of staff and turns over in excess of £1.2 million.
The company had already made plans to mark its anniversary with an all-staff alignment day and a belated celebration of winning a national BALI Principal Award in December 2017. This brings the number of national awards won by the company since it was founded to a total of 8. The winning garden project (in Betchworth) was in the Domestic Garden Construction category and met the judging panel’s requirement for extremely high standards of construction and professionalism.
Graeme & Ramon commented: “This year we are celebrating 10 successful years in business. We started out back in 2008 with a team of just six landscapers. We would like to say a huge thank you to all our clients over the years, it’s been a real privilege to work with them and help to create so many wonderful gardens. Our aim has always been to try and exceed our client’s expectations, treating each new project as a potential award-winning garden. Winning awards is always a huge professional achievement and we believe it reflects not only our technical ability but also our focus on us ‘delivering excellence’ to our clients.
We’d also like to thank our many suppliers, collaborative partners and designers who choose us to build their gardens. Equally, we’ve been very fortunate to have attracted such a highly skilled and dedicated team. We thank and applaud them for their professionalism and single-minded approach in maintaining standards that we all can be extremely proud of. A testament to this has been achieving APL and BALI accreditation, winning RHS Gold Medals and many industry awards.
The business has grown substantially over the years and we are very proud of what we through teamwork have been able to achieve, we look forward to developing further our business objectives enabling Outdoor Creations to continue its steady and sustainable growth for many years to come.”
