Do you like the challenge of reaching and engaging specific audiences via social media and digital channels? Do you enjoy crafting stories and bringing content to life? Have you got an interest in landscaping and horticulture? If the answer to all these questions is ‘yes’, then we would love to hear from you.

The British Association of Landscape Industries, the leading Trade Association for landscape professionals in the UK, has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Officer to join the team on a full-time basis.

With a focus on membership marketing campaigns, you will work to raise awareness, engagement and understanding of the Association to support our members and the wider landscaping industry. You will be working as part of a small team responsible for crafting and delivering regular, effective, and measured communications across digital, social, and print and will have the opportunity to be involved in developing and defining the brand as we embark on the exciting next chapter in our journey.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering digital campaigns across email, social and web and be able to craft engaging and interesting content. Knowledge of the landscaping industry is preferable.


• Creating content for and updating social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube). To include copy, video, and image editing
• CMS experience including creating, editing, and analysing effectiveness of content
• Email marketing including creating email templates, testing, and managing data


• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Targeted social media advertising
• Knowledge of HTML
• CRM management
• SEO knowledge

This is a full-time position based at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, with one day per week worked remotely. Attractive and competitive salary on offer.
