Honda unveils next-gen Miimo Robotic Lawnmowers
Accredited Supplier, Honda - Power Products, has launched a new range of Miimo robotic lawnmowers, including models like HRM1000, HRM1500, HRM1500 Live, HRM2500, HRM2500 Live, HRM4000 Live, HRM40, HRM40 Live, and HRM70 Live. These lawnmowers come with advanced features such as Shortcut Wire technology, satellite-assisted heating, and smartphone connectivity.
One notable feature is the Shortcut Wire technology, which allows precise manoeuvring through narrow passages as tight as 60 cm wire to wire. This eliminates the need for setting up specific mowing start points, resulting in increased operational efficiency and a well-maintained lawn without wheel tracks.
The Miimo HRM1500 Live, HRM2500 Live, and HRM4000 Live models introduce Satellite Assisted Homing technology, offering higher navigation accuracy. These models also provide Free Zones, enabling users to designate areas where the lawnmower should avoid mowing for defined periods, promoting biodiversity and accommodating garden activities.
The new Live models offer mobile network connectivity, allowing users to control their robotic lawnmowers through a dedicated smartphone app from anywhere. The Mii-monitor app features an intuitive interface for seamless control, including automatic cutting height adjustment and GPS tracking for enhanced security.
A Smart Timer using real-time weather data protects Miimo and the lawn by providing push notifications to avoid mowing in adverse conditions. Live models offer 4G/3G connectivity and voice control through the Miimo Amazon Alexa skill for added convenience.
The Miimo HRM1000 is positioned for users with small to medium-sized gardens, providing straightforward lawncare solutions with Bluetooth connectivity for smartphone control through the Mii-monitor app.
The Miimo range also includes physical advancements, such as quiet sensors, a "Joystick" structure for a gentler mowing experience, and the HRM4000 Live model with heavy-duty rear wheels for durability in challenging conditions.
