Global Stone unveils new Global Landscaping brand
Global Stone has announced the launch of Global Landscaping, a new umbrella brand that will unify its product portfolio. This will give clarity to the company’s entire product range and the unique way it operates, keeping sourcing, fabrication, packaging, freight and warehousing in-house, providing end-to-end confidence for customers.
The move follows a strategic brand review designed to simplify the group’s architecture, eliminate duplication and create a scalable platform for future growth. Under the new structure, all products and customer-facing activity will sit within the Global Landscaping brand ecosystem, with Digby Stone remaining as the company’s independent brand.
Why the change?
Until now, we have had multiple sub-brands. After speaking with our customers, we understood this caused confusion in the marketplace. So, we have introduced a new, clearer structure for the business – Global Landscaping.
All product categories, including natural stone, porcelain, decking and accessories, will sit under the Global Landscaping umbrella, with a consistent visual identity and naming convention.
By moving to a single brand model, Global Landscaping will:
- Deliver clearer customer messaging and stronger brand recall
- Remove duplicated SKUs and marketing materials
- Streamline catalogues, pricing and logistics
- Consolidate marketing investment behind one powerful proposition
- Create a scalable platform for future acquisitions and category expansion
This will allow for increased marketing investment behind a single brand story, giving our sales teams and customers greater clarity and focus. We are supporting the project with a structured internal engagement programme to ensure teams feel informed, involved and confident in the transition.
How merchants will benefit from the change
For our merchant partners, the change means:
- Stronger and more consistent brand support and consolidated POS materials
- Greater clarity when pitching against major competitors
- We have created an easily recognisable family of ranges, each with consistent branding and a purpose that incorporates what our customers want
- With a merchant NPS of +30 and fulfilment rates exceeding 97%, the group is positioning Global Landscaping as a ‘safe pair of hands’ in a market where supply consistency and reliability are critical.
Benefits to installers and end customers
Installers and end customers will benefit from:
A broader, intelligently curated product range under one brand
Consistent quality control from source to site
Stronger cross-category solutions (stone, porcelain, decking and accessories)
Clearer brand communication and simplified product selection
The business’s vertically integrated supply chain – from sourcing in India to fabrication, packaging, freight, UK warehousing and merchant fulfilment – reduces reliance on third parties and builds consistency at every point. This unique offer is now fundamental to our brand promise: ‘Confidence from Source to Customer’.
Designed for future growth
The Global Landscaping structure has also been designed so that merchants and installers will benefit from our future growth. Brands with strong standalone equity may remain distinct, while others will integrate seamlessly into the unified framework, avoiding fragmentation and supporting long-term brand equity.
Nick Sharpe, Managing Director of Global Landscaping, said:
“With our existing brand we were operating under many guises. We reviewed this both internally and with our customers and also reviewed and redefined our brand promise. Our new business architecture gives a clear, consistent and logical branding structure to our ranges, which in turn will help future growth for both us and our customers. Digby Stone, our independent merchant brand, will remain and sit alongside our new structure.
“This is about futureproofing the business. Operating under a clear, confident brand removes complexity, allows us to focus our investment and means we can deliver even greater clarity and reliability to our customers.”
The transition to Global Landscaping will roll out in phases, supported by proactive merchant communication and dedicated sales engagement to ensure continuity and confidence throughout.
