Defra to hold free training sessions for IPAFFS

The IT system used to facilitate pre-notification of imports of plants and plant products in Great Britain is now ready to move from the current PEACH system to a new system called Import of Products, Animals, Food and Feed System (IPAFFS).

Slightly later than initially planned, the transition from PEACH to IPAFFS was paused by Defra to develop further functionality to improve the service.  This functionality includes CSV file upload and search functionality for Genus and Species to support the creation of a pre-notification for submitting notifications. 

To support the transition from PEACH to IPAFFS, Defra will be holding free, weekly, 1-hour training sessions on the following dates:
