Creepers Nursery's open day welcomes record-breaking crowds

12 Mar 2024 | BALI Member News

On 8 March 2024, Accredited Supplier, Creepers Nursery opened the doors to their Addlestone site to over 25 garden designers and landscapers in the first of their open days for 2024. The nursery, which was established over 35 years ago has built up an excellent reputation in London and the South East for supplying high-quality plants, trees and shrubs to the local trade.

The open days were launched at the back end of 2023 to welcome new and existing customers on-site for a behind-the-scenes look at the operations and stock availability. After a handful of successful taster events, the nursery announced its plans to make them a permanent addition to the landscaping calendar with 4 open days taking place between March and May this year.

Fortunately, the weather held out for the first in the series with blue skies blessing the nursery last Friday. The group were able to enjoy complimentary refreshments from the on-site coffee truck from a local business, The Coffee Can Company before embarking on an all-access tour led by Creepers Head of Horticulture, Michael Buck. Guests were then able to quiz the team in a Q+A session and many then stayed on to tag afterwards.

The team at Landform Consultants said:

“It was a wonderful opportunity to find out all about the operations and meet the team. We are very lucky to have such fantastic resources and expertise on our doorstep.”

Creepers has sites in multiple locations including Wandsworth and the New Forest. The next open day will return to Addlestone this April before moving to the New Forest on the 26 April 2024.
