Shape the future of the APHA's digital services

28 Nov 2023 | Technical News

The Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) is running a major programme to improve its digital services to ensure they reflect customers' needs, and is eager to meet with members of the Association who use APHA’s services such as issuing plant passports.

The APHA is reaching out to professionals like you who regularly engage with their services. As APHA undertakes a substantial initiative to enhance its digital offerings, they are eager to incorporate the insights and perspectives of landscape contractors who utilise their services, including tasks such as obtaining plant passports.

To ensure that the improvements align seamlessly with the unique needs of landscape contractors, APHA is actively seeking your participation in a research program. By sharing your experiences and offering valuable feedback, you have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of APHA's digital services.

They will be running hour-long video calls during November, December, and January at a time to suit stakeholders.

Please get in touch with the APHA via the link below.
