Evergreens UK delivers artificial grass course

BALI Registered Affiliate member Evergreens UK is now delivering the Lantra Awards installation of artificial grass surfaces course, as reported by Hortweek.

The course itself will be a two-day theory and practical technical course, which will support members of the landscape industry in professionally installing artificial grass.

Following a successful completion of the course, accredited candidates will be awarded with a Lantra certificate of competence and a Skills Identity Card, which will allow candidates to apply for a for an Artificial Grass Installer Blue Skilled LISS/CSCS SmartCard via the British Association of Landscape Industries, which is a requirement to work on a commercial site.

Taught by Evergreens UK, the course will be held at their new £100,000 facility based in Rutland in the East Midlands. The course will cover environmental working; site and drainage considerations; the history and types of artificial grass; batch matching; installation processes; and maintenance and aftercare on site at the Evergreens National Training Academy.
