Matt runs the front end of the business in pre-construction. Working closely with Maylim’s supply chain and sub-contractors he ensures all costs, programmes and details are expertly combined to provide clients with high quality information. Having previously worked with BAM and Skanska, Matt is highly experienced in working on large-scale civils projects.
