Martin Packman

Martin has a wealth of industry knowledge built up over 40 years of work experience. He now works underneath our Managing Director to lead our teams as Head of Operations.

Having worked his way up in the industry from an apprentice level, his hands-on experience with equipment and managing contracts and teams of varying sizes makes him the perfect fit for his role.
