This document is aimed primarily at employers and potential applicants of the LISS/CSCS Scheme. It is intended to provide all of the information required to enable applicants to apply for their relevant LISS/CSCS SmartCard. CSCS own the scheme and it is administered by BALI on behalf of the LISS/CSCS Committee.
