We’ll explore the physical and mental demands of the job, from manual handling and extreme weather to hydration, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.
Supporting the session will be Chris Giles, an ex-professional footballer, GB triathlete, now a Movement & Wellness Coach. He works with individuals from gardeners to business leaders, helping improve performance, build resilience, and support long-term wellbeing through a practical, holistic approach to habits and mindset.
Schedule
5.30pm – Arrival and informal pub meet with Movement & Wellness Coach, Chris Giles, an ex-professional footballer, GB triathlete.
