This is a great opportunity to ask questions of your peers and share your knowledge and experience to drive continuous improvement across our industry. Plus, this get-together will also focus on working ‘on’ rather than ‘in’ your business.
The landscaping industry is booming, and it is all too easy to just focus on ‘hands-on’, operational tasks necessary to keep your business running on a daily and leave the forward planning to a ‘quieter time’. For businesses to truly thrive, there needs to be a balance between the two.
