W Outdoor Living

How Outdoor Living is evolving

Outdoor living has transformed the way we use our gardens, creating spaces to cook, entertain, relax and spend more time outside. But with this has come an increasing focus on hard landscaping, structures and products - often at the expense of planting and the natural landscape.

This talk explores how the next evolution of outdoor living can bring nature back into these spaces, combining functionality with planting, biodiversity, and water to create outdoor environments that support wellbeing and feel more connected to the landscape.

Featuring Aquascape, we’ll explore the growing interest in naturalistic recreational pools and the wider possibilities for incorporating water into outdoor spaces. From contemporary swimming pools to ponds and naturalistic recreational pools immersed within planting and the wider landscape, there are now more options than ever to create a water experience that responds to the setting, the landscape and the way people want to use their outdoor space.
