Legislative Compliance for Landscapers: all you need to know

The annual membership survey 2021 identified that members wanted additional support around legislation.

Following on from a recent webinar on how to reduce environmental impact within the landscaping industry, we have once again teamed up with Jodie Read of Penarth Management to take a look at legislative compliance within the landscaping industry.

Anybody who has ISO 14001 (environmental) or ISO 45001 (health and safety) management systems will already be familiar with the need to meet legal requirements, but it’s not always easy to know where to start. Legislation can be complicated and overwhelming and Penarth Management have done all the hard work for us and will be sharing all you need to know. 

Jodie will share some useful information in terms of:

• Where to look for details of legislation
• How to identify what legislation is relevant
• Creating and updating a legal register
