Should BALI's landscape directory go digital?
Following the publication of our 2019/20 Who's Who Landscape Directory last month, which is currently only available in hard copy format, BALI is considering creating a digital version for 2020, alongside the printed version. The move would allow BALI members a choice as to which format they would like to receive.
In order to help BALI make an informed decision as to the future of one of its flagship titles we are asking members to complete a 30-second survey, link below.
By creating a digital version of the directory, BALI hopes that more members will transition across to the online format, saving costs for the association and reducing the amount of printed material which is better for the environment.
If a digital version of the directory was to be published, due to strict rules and regulations related to GDPR, the version would be locked-down for BALI member use only and will not be shareable or downloadable.
The Who's Who Landscape Directory is published annually, around midsummer, and includes contact details for every active Registered BALI member, currently featuring over 900 landscape contractors, garden designers, supplier and training provider members, listed alphabetically and by their home region.
