Tim O’Hare Associates welcomes Gareth Phillips as Senior Agronomist

Gareth brings with him over 35 years of experience spanning amenity horticulture, soft landscaping, sports turf management, and agronomy. He joins TOHA from Ecosol Turf Care, where he held agronomic and project management roles. Prior to that he held significant roles within a leading sports turf design and agronomy consultancy.

Gareth also has extensive lecturing experience, teaching at the Welsh College of Horticulture and Reaseheath College, where he delivered courses on amenity horticulture, sports turf management, and soft landscaping. His career has been shaped by achieving the full suite of City and Guilds horticultural qualifications and working on the extensive estate at Exeter University, before deciding to specialise in the sports turf sector.
