Team Expansion at Provender Nurseries

The Online Sales Manager role is new to Provender Nurseries and has been created in order to improve the customer journey on Provender Nurseries’ website. The role involves working closely with the Sales Director, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager and Online Sales Order Processors.

The new role will involve overseeing many aspects of Provender Nurseries website including; managing and supporting the online sales orders, organising promotions, dealing with any customer issues on the website and maintaining and facilitating continuous development of the website and inventory. 

Lizzy joined the company in March just before the corona virus restrictions were introduced and has proved herself adaptable and able to work in a range of situations at short notice. 

Lizzy has a BA (Hons) in Garden Design and has previously worked in the RHS Shows Department becoming the Show Manager for RHS Chatsworth Flower Show. Prior to working at the RHS, Lizzy ran her own garden design and build company with her husband.  

Lizzy says’ ‘I was previously a customer of Provender Nurseries and have known the team for quite some time. I am really looking forward to working more closely with some of the team members and excited to develop the new role to its full potential.’ 

Richard Burt, Sales Director says ‘Lizzy proved herself as very adaptable during lockdown and is already proving her worth in updating the sales process online. We are looking forward to Lizzy contributing to Provender Nurseries and bringing her skill set to the table.’
