Seal the deal with our contract templates

BALI has produced a range of contract templates for design and build members to use with domestic clients, all of which are available free-of-charge through our website.

Templates are available for design, build, as well as combined design and build projects, while supporting documents for privacy, variations, and completion can also be downloaded.

The templates are all informed by our experience of handling disputes and attempt to address common issues around project management, communication, and understanding.

They can help set out the responsibilities of both parties at the outset and are designed to resemble an easy-to-use reference manual or FAQ document.

The documents are downloaded as Microsoft Word files, with spaces for project-specific details highlighted in yellow to make it easy to edit.

Further template documents are available to members free-of-charge through our partnership with Quest as well as advice on HR, legal, H&S and tax issues.
