Scotscape merges landscape operations into Cultura Group

BALI Registered Contractor member East Sussex Landscapes Ltd T/A Cultura Group and Registered Contractor Scotscape Landscaping (the landscape construction division within the Scotscape Group) are pleased to announce that they have agreed to merge Scotscape Landscaping’s future landscape construction operations into Cultura Group.

This is a strategic move, both for Scotscape and Cultura Group which will not only improve the landscape service offering of both companies but enable Scotscape to focus on its urban greening and maintenance operations, areas in which it has become one of the leading providers in the UK.

Cultura Group will provide landscape construction and associated services to the existing customer base of the combined businesses.

Angus Cunningham, Managing Director of Scotscape will work closely with Scotscape existing clients and Cultura Group throughout the transition phase.

Chief Executive Officer of Cultura Group, Phil Jones, commented
