At FutureScape Spring, the UK landscaping industry - all sectors, all associations, all perspectives, all viewpoints - will meet for a one-day immersive landscaping event that brings everyone together. FutureScape Spring 2020 is back for its second year, is free to attend and marks the first flush of spring for professionals involved in landscape construction, landscape design, grounds maintenance and the supply of services and products for the built environment, inside and out.
What does FutureScape Spring 2020 promise?
There’s an ambitious programme this year as we build on last year’s Spring event success. Much like its November counterpart, FutureScape Spring brings an impressive portfolio of suppliers, speakers and accolades - all in one place, all with people, technology, sustainability and business improvement in mind.
Four FutureScape feature zones plus Exhibitors and Influencers
This year’s showcase features a rich and diverse range of first-time, returning and recognised exhibitors and a seminar programme to appeal and interest businesses at any stage of their landscaping journey – from start-ups and developing businesses to large organisations and practices. FutureScape Spring 2020 expects visitor numbers to top 1000 this year.
The Soft Landscaping Zone
Embracing the natural, managing the mighty and sourcing the superior, there are four sessions in the Soft Landscaping Zone and a panel of pundits who will pick through the planting palettes of 2020 and beyond.
The Business Zone
The Business Zone holds the key to marketing, purchasing, finance and funding to help landscaping professionals find answers, pose new questions and unlock their business potential.
The Plants@Work Zone
The Plants@Work Annual Conference includes a far-reaching discussion programme looking at biophilia, collaboration, hydroponics and design delivery with an eye on the economic, social and environmental factors and their effects on the creation of indoor landscapes.
The Podium Festival: Pro Landscaper Podium Awards
The Award Winners of the Pro Landscaper Podium Awards will be unveiled in the Evening Reception and Ceremony at 5pm at the close of FutureScape Spring 2020. Throughout FutureScape Spring, visit the Podium Festival to view a visual showcase of all the shortlisted companies and projects featured in this year’s Awards Shortlist.
Ticking all the landscape boxes
FutureScape Spring is leading the way as the first show of the year and the one that ticks all the boxes in terms of plants, materials, turf, stone, tech, soil, lighting, irrigation and more. With a strong presence from the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI), the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) and the interior landscaping association Plants@Work, the event is supported by all other major landscaping organisations, rubberstamping the event’s importance within the landscaping community. A true meeting place, extra-curricular sessions are organised before, during and after FutureScape Spring, making the most of the day’s collaborative influence.
