Oak View's 2020 Employer Excellence recognition

BALI Registered Contractor Oak View Landscapes has recently received recognition for Employee Excellence from two respected organisations, BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries) and IIP (Investors in People).

Oak View received a BALI National Landscape Award 2020 in the category of Employer Excellence – Turnover over £2.5m, sponsored by Registered Affiliate Fresh Horticultural Careers and received news that they are a finalist in the Investors in People Awards 2020, within the 'Employer of the Year Gold 2-49 Employees' category.

Both award ceremonies will be going digital this year due to COVID-19.

It’s been a challenging and unsettling year for us all and it is refreshing to receive some upbeat news and recognition for continuous improvements in making the working environment better for our people. We’ll certainly be participating in the digital award ceremonies to celebrate this recognition with other like-minded companies.
