Luxuria Landscapes joins our Trade Association

We are delighted that Luxuria Landscapes has become an Accredited Contractor member.

The company handles domestic garden maintenance and the occasional landscaping project, usually on large residential houses. They work in the South Thames.

A word from Luxuria Landscapes

From 2007 – 2015 David Rudelhoff (Founder and Director) was the Property Manager for a high profile, high net worth family. During that time, in a formal household and estate environment, David managed the large property portfolio from Central London to Large Estates in Berkshire.  In that time the main estate had numerous landscaping projects with award winning designers such as Tom Stuart Smith.  The projects ranged from new lakes to fountain and rose gardens with numerous borders being planted

Luxuria Property was founded in 2015 and was mainly managing large residential properties and doing various maintenance tasks for the owners.  With the desire to be a company that does it all we then started gardening in 2016 and this company has grown to do large construction projects including landscaping and garden maintenance.

Luxuria Landscapes was formed in July 2019 and is part of the Luxuria Group.  When formed we also incorporated an existing Garden Maintenance company called The Property Management Company (TPMC).

We are a small to medium sized company based on the Wentworth Estate.  We have a highly skilled team of gardeners who maintain an array of properties in and around Surrey including the Wentworth Estate and St Georges Hill.

We also deliver small to large landscaping projects, and this is an area which is growing.  Before being accredited, one of our projects we completed with BALI accredited In-Scapes won an award for residential garden construction over 250K.

BALI is a great organisation which we very much look forward to working with in the years ahead.
