Landscaping and fencing works completed at Health Innovation Dudley

Jack Moody Group are proud to have successfully completed an extensive landscaping and fencing package at Health Innovation Dudley, a landmark development that forms part of an ambitious regeneration project set to transform Castle Hill into a modern centre for Health and Life Sciences education and community wellbeing.

Designed to create a contemporary gateway into Dudley town centre, the development will enhance views towards the historic Dudley Castle while complementing the character of the surrounding conservation area. The facility will provide vital health and wellbeing services for the local community alongside state-of-the-art teaching spaces that offer students valuable hands-on experience within the healthcare sector. 

Working alongside the wider construction team, their landscaping specialists delivered a comprehensive soft landscaping scheme designed to soften the urban environment, improve biodiversity and create an attractive, welcoming setting for students, staff and visitors.

Careful plant selection played a key role in the project, ensuring a balance between visual impact, ecological value and long-term sustainability. The planting scheme has been designed to thrive within the site conditions while requiring minimal ongoing maintenance, helping to create a vibrant and resilient landscape for years to come.

Alongside the landscaping works, our team also completed a comprehensive fencing package to support the site's security requirements while maintaining a high-quality aesthetic finish throughout the development. This included the installation of mesh fencing, vertical bar fencing systems, steel railings and pedestrian access gates, all carefully integrated into the overall design of the scheme.
