John O'Conner recognised for Employer Excellence

John O’Conner are delighted to have received a major Principal Award 2020 for Employer Excellence at this year BALI Awards! This is the third time John O’Conner have been successful in this category having previously been won the award in 2008 and 2013.

The Employer Excellence is awarded in recognition to the contribution being made to the landscape industry by BALI members that achieve excellence through staff development and exemplary business practices.

In addition, John O'Conner were also National Award Winners for Grounds Maintenance (Limited Public Access) for a prestigious company on a business park in Reading. Their on-site team have worked hard over the last few years to bring the client site up to an extremely high standard, which is evident in being chosen as a National Winner.
