SALTEX 2019, taking place at the NEC Birmingham on October 30 and 31, continues to be the go-to destination for highlights of innovation in the groundscare environment, bringing together grounds personnel from across a wide variety of sectors and disciplines to unite, collaborate and celebrate the latest technologies.

During the two-day event, more than 500 brands will be on show to over 9,000 visitors that are increasingly demanding new grounds management solutions, set across three large show halls containing a plethora of exhibitors showcasing turf maintenance machinery, fertilizers, wetting agents, seeds, turf, aggregates and treatments, weed control, facilities management services, fencing and landscaping.

New for 2019, the Eco Village - featuring a programme of daily demonstrations in cutting-edge sustainable technology – allowing visitors an opportunity of seeing a number of products in action. Furthermore, industry experts within this village will offer advice on green technology and how it could benefit current working practices.

Groundscare advice will be available across the show floor, within four seminar theatres. Learning LIVE, SALTEX’s free, all-encompassing education programme will feature over 50 CPD accredited seminars and more than 100 expert speakers. The programme has been developed and curated alongside leading industry partners and influencers to provide support, insight and real solutions to the biggest issues that the audience care about most.

BALI has supported SALTEX for many years, and for SALTEX 2019, the Association will have a dedicated Zone featuring specially selected member-only companies that can offer products, services and support to landscape professionals. A record number of Registered Affiliate members will be exhibiting on the BALI Zone, including Green-tech, Makita UK, Melcourt Industries, Honda, YMCA Training, EverEdge, British Sugar TOPSOIL and Dorset Soils and Aggregates.

As well as the BALI Zone, the BALI National Contractor’s Forum (BALI-NCF) will also be hosting a ‘meet the manufacturer’ workshop on the second day of the show, providing employer and employees within the BALI-NCF to meet representatives from globally recognised manufacturing brands including STIHL, Makita and Honda.

Located in the centre of the UK, whether you are travelling from overseas or within the UK, the NEC is easy to get to by car, rail or air. SALTEX 2019 is free to attend. To register your attendance and beat the queues visit iogsaltex.com.
