Fullbrook Nursery Welcomes Four New Appointments as Business Continues to Grow

Joining the team as Domestic Sales Manager, Phil Newman brings more than 30 years’ experience in horticulture. Having spent his career working closely with growers, retailers and landscapers, Phil is well known within the industry and brings a deep understanding of the domestic market. His appointment further strengthens Fullbrook Nursery’s focus on knowledgeable customer service, providing friendly expert support.

Strengthening the commercial sales team Simon Ford joins as Sales Executive, who brings 6 years’ industry experience and a proven track record in sales and customer support. Simon will work closely with customers across the UK, supporting existing relationships while helping to develop new opportunities.

Also joining as Cash and Carry Sales Executive is Gaynor Way, who has over 20 years’ experience in horticulture. A passionate horticulturist and garden designer, Gaynor combines strong commercial insight with a creative, design-led approach, enabling her to support customers with in-depth plant knowledge and practical advice.

Completing the new appointments is Marketing Executive Sarah Wicks, who brings more than 18 years’ experience in marketing and communications. While new to the horticultural sector, Sarah joins Fullbrook Nursery with a wealth of transferable skills and a fresh perspective, supporting the nursery’s ongoing brand development and communications as the business grows.
