Bowles & Wyer's Wellbeing Garden featured on Lorraine
The recently completed Wellbeing Garden by award-winning landscape company, Bowles & Wyer, at St George's Hospital was unveiled on national TV on 9 December on ITV's Lorraine.
The Wellbeing Garden at St George's Hospital has been one of the most ambitious projects yet for Bowles & Wyer - as it had to be designed and constructed in just a matter of weeks. Funded by Sir Captain Tom's NHS fundraising earlier this year, the Wellbeing Garden will be an important addition to the hospital for both staff and patients. The garden is designed to appeal to the senses and provide a green space where visitors can get closer to nature and take a moment out from the hospital environment.
Bowles & Wyer have been working collaboratively with their suppliers and the hospital charity to deliver this important build both on time and on budget. With just two weeks to create a design, followed by just over three weeks of construction, the project is now completed and ready to be enjoyed by hospital visitors.
The garden was officially unveiled on national TV on Wednesday (9th December) on ITV's Lorraine.
