Their soil production facility in Northamptonshire continues to process their complete range of bespoke soil mixes, loams and topsoils, deliverable anywhere in the UK. Boughton have stock product available for immediate order and can cater for bespoke requirements as needed.
They have robust business continuity in place to ensure that they can support their customers to the same high standards as usual during these unprecedented times:
- Their sales, support and helpdesk will continue taking enquiries and providing advice
- Their distribution partners are committed to meeting demand
- All sales site visits will be restricted to essential calls only, they shall be using telephone, email and Skype / Teams communication to ensure they maintain any required customer service
Their employees are fully trained on existing guidelines to keep both themselves and their customers safe. They are committed to mitigating the spread of the virus and will continue to monitor the Government’s advice, keeping you informed of any changes to their levels of service.
