Wimbledon Grounds sets the bar for sustainable residential developments, with vast 15,967 sqm of ‘blue’ roofs

- One of London’s largest blue roofs to be installed
- Every roof in the development is blue and green (wildflower roofs)
- 50% of the roofs are also solar


Wimbledon Grounds is a 51,000 square metre mixed-use regeneration project which provides a new purpose-built stadium for AFC Wimbledon, leisure & retail facilities & 600 new homes offered for sale by Galliard Homes & shared ownership housing, provided by Catalyst, one of London’s largest housing associations.
