Vicki joined the team in 2025 as Head of Customer Experience.

She's built up years of experience in Customer Service, leading both technical and operational teams in the manufacturing sector. One of her main focuses is on social value for the business, and contributing towards creating real impact for the communities we serve through working with the teams to deliver outstanding customer service and support for our customers.
