Gould Landscapes is a long established provider of high quality grounds maintenance solutions. Established since 1996 the business prides itself on its excellent customer care and horticultural expertise. We supply services across London and the South East, Homes Counties, South West, East and West Midlands, North West, Yorkshire and North East. Our turnover has expanded to exceed £3m and our workforce has increased to over 60 full time gardening staff with the principle administration being from our Head Office in Rochester, but with a number of regional bases within our geographical areas of operation. Over the life of the business we have developed a core of highly experienced managers, long serving and dedicated staff members and a plethora of knowledge, giving us a fantastic platform to deliver a high quality and consistent service to our clients. This consistency is underpinned by our fully integrated management system, incorporating ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) and ISO 50001 (Energy), enabling us to follow consistent processes nationwide regardless of the team delivering the service. We recognise that it’s people who make a business. The right people, with the right training and the right attitude. To ensure we achieve this we have an ethos of putting our people at the forefront of everything we do, achieving Investors In People (IIP) accreditation, developing individually tailored training and career progression paths for our staff, and treating them as more than just a number on a spreadsheet. This has resulted in a very low turnover of staff, allowing us to retain experience and technical capability. We also believe in harnessing technology to deliver a modern, efficient and transparent service to our customers. Always looking to be an early adopter of industry technologies such as GPS Robot Line Marking and Battery Powered Electronic Tools, while simultaneously using intuitive reporting technology so that customers have confidence that work is being complete in line with specification, and from a governance and compliance point of view have easy access to relevant service data.
