VMT ROLO Supervisor Course online/virtual

The ROLO Supervisor course is designed for supervisors and team leaders working in landscaping, arboriculture, ecology and grounds maintenance. Through VMT’s hybrid learning model, delegates complete flexible online learning before attending tutor-led training, either in person or via Teams, that focuses on applying knowledge to real workplace situations.

The course covers health and safety legislation, environmental responsibilities, risk assessments, safe systems of work and the role of the supervisor in maintaining safe, compliant and productive sites. Delegates develop the skills to communicate effectively, lead teams confidently and promote a positive safety culture.
