The pandemic changed working practices for many of our clients. Coupled with the credit crisis reducing their spending power, BALI has experienced an increase in the number of disputes between members and their clients. Technical Officer, Richard Gardiner has noticed some common themes in the disputes that he will be sharing.

This is also an opportunity to share your experiences, including how you have avoided or dealt with disputes, but also sharing ideas for positive client discussions and communication. Join us to exchange positive experiences and share your thoughts in a supportive environment!
