Cube 1994 achieves Gold accreditation with IIP

Essex-based garden design and landscape contractor and BALI Registered Contractor Cube 1994 has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People GOLD accreditation. An internationally recognised achievement, they are the first residential design and build company in the UK to be awarded gold, and on their first attempt.

For a number of years, Cube has been working with their team to improve practices and make work a better place. They understand that success begins and ends with their people and have invested in training, developing and rewarding their team.

Only 16% of accredited organisations achieve Gold. It is a fantastic effort for any organisation and places Cube in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.

Investors in People wrote,

For a small business, your people and business processes are more advanced than might otherwise be expected...You understand the need and importance to actively engage your staff and include them as key players in the business and its future...The overall findings were really very positive. All of the core responses were consistently and considerably above the overall IIP scores [for Gold].
