Crowder's employee achieves 55 years of service

Colleagues of BALI Registered Affiliate Crowder & Sons came together to celebrate a very special event in December – Roger Greenfield, an employee of the nursery, achieved 55 years of continuous employment. The 7th generation family business has many long-standing employees but today they celebrated this remarkable achievement.

CEO Robert Crowder made the presentation to Roger and commented,

It is an almost unique occasion to present a long service award for 55 years, although we have other employees creeping towards that milestone. Roger started with us in 1964 and has worked for 3 generations of my family. He has seen many changes during that time, and we are deeply honoured to have such a long-serving and loyal employee amongst us.
