Wayne joined Ashlea Ltd from a national grounds maintenance company in 2002 where he had been a regional contracts manager overseeing development and management of a number of large local authority grounds maintenance contract and took up the role of Contracts Manager, running all maintenance and hard landscaping contracts. Wayne runs all maintenance and hard landscaping contracts throughout the Northwest region and is solely responsible for the depot at Leigh covering the Northwest regions of Liverpool and Manchester and the grounds maintenance teams running out of our head office at Carnforth, Lancashire. Wayne contributes to the contracting team effectively and manages all contracts following project work on completion, organising the maintenance teams and programming the maintenance visits. He also oversees the contracts to the end of the defects and maintenance period ensuring a quality service is provided.
