To help businesses understand how they need to prepare, officials from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy hosted a WebEx seminar concerning the regulation of manufactured goods covered by the ‘New Approach’ (including construction products) in the event of a No Deal Brexit. Topics included CE and UKCA marking, notified bodies, conformity assessment, importer duties and declarations of conformity.
