Congratulations to all competitors who competed at Malvern Spring Gardening Show.

Malvern Spring Gardening Show 12-15th May

This year the competition had 21 entries from colleges throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. Thanks to Marshalls our main sponsor and all those who were involved in supporting the competition at Malvern Spring Gardening Show.

All competitors were tasked with building identical 2x3m gardens designed by Patricia Fox of Aralia Garden Design. The gardens tested the competitors hard and soft landscaping skills with the additional pressure of being constantly marked for their health and safety practice, spectators and the pressure of completing the garden in only six hours. This years competitors where all young and relatively new to landscape gardening. They all worked very hard and enjoyed the experience and took away useful feedback should they wish to come back next year.

Malvern Spring Gardening Show Results

Listed below are the positions awarded to the 17 competitors who competed over the four days. Please note that these positions do need to be verified by WorldSkills UK, which may take up until the 5th June. Once the results have been verified, we will announce who has qualified for the National Final which is to be held at Malvern Autumn Show 22-25th September.
