N.B. If the applicant does not have an employer the two recommendations can be from a member of their professional body (whose status is equal to or higher than the applicant’s).

YELLOW VISITOR CARD
The yellow Regular Visitor Card is for people who frequently visit a site, but have no scheme specific skill.
Applicants must have met current LISS/CSCS operative touch screen test requirements. NB Visitors do not need to attend and pass the ROLO Health and Safety Awareness course but may need to undergo site induction.
The card has been designed to allow access to a site to be made easier, as passing the health and safety test may reduce the amount of site induction that is required.
The issue of this card does not relieve the site managers from their legal obligation to ensure the health, safety and welfare of people entering their sites.
The card is valid for 5 years and is renewable upon application, provided the LISS/CSCS touch screen test requirements only are met.
