ISS Landscaping wins Diamond Contract
Diamond Resorts (International) Ltd, owners of the 268 acre Broome Park Estate, which surrounds one of Kent’s finest 18 hole golf courses, has awarded its grounds maintenance contract to ISS Facility Services Landscaping. This new win builds ISS’s impressive portfolio of grounds maintenance contracts within the private sector.
“ISS has very high standards and to manage this project effectively we have brought in a dedicated on-site groundsman to work five days a week on the estate” says Mark Worsell, Contracts Manager for ISS Landscaping.
As well as increasing colour on the estate by planting spectacular new herbaceous beds, ISS will be undertaking a considerable amount of tree maintenance over the next year and a half. Improved value for money and a promise of a higher standard helped ISS win this bid.
