ISS Landscaping Made Economic Sense for South Essex Homes

With over ten years working with Southend Borough Council, it made sound economic sense for neighbouring South Essex Homes to appoint ISS Facility Services Landscaping to manage its grounds maintenance contract. ISS’s professional reputation was a key player in the success of its bid, but the sound financial advantages offered by ISS Landscaping and the fact that the company already had an established team in the area, finally clinched the deal.

“We are delighted to have been awarded this contract”, said Nick Atkinson, South East Operations Director for ISS Landscaping. “We have been delivering a grounds maintenance service in the area for the past ten years, during which time we have built up an excellent working base with a superb team. We will be looking to recruit at least 3 additional workers from the local area, to complete the South Essex Homes team and the experience and advice from the management structure already established in this area will be of great benefit to the new team.”
