BALI Members Horticon Ltd are currently undertaking work on the Chester Amphitheatre

The Project

This ongoing project comprises the restoration of the Roman amphitheatre at Chester. We are working closely with the site archaeologist throughout the project, in particular when carrying out excavations and stonework. Work is being carried out with the upmost care to preserve the history of the site.  Once completed the public will be able to view interpretations of the roman walls lost in recent times, benefit from new access routes into the heart of the amphitheatre, whilst also enjoying enhanced viewing and seating facilities.
