To obtain this SmartCard you need to achieve ROLO Operative Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness Course, CITB Operative Touch Screen Test and provide proof of an Amenity related academic qualification.
You must ensure the relevant ROLO and CITB Touch Screen Test have been completed within the last two years upon application.
Please note this LISS/CSCS SmartCard is valid for five years, and cannot be renewed. Holders of these cards are required to apply for a new card rather than apply to renew an existing card.
